To link a hashtag to a Facebook page
The hashtag symbol (#) is a way for people on twitter to categorize certain keywords. It not only helps when people are searching for certain trending topics but also displays all the other Tweets that have been marked with the specific hashtag.
1. Navigate to the Twitter website (link in Resources) and sign in to your account using your username and password.

5. Click the "Authorize App" button after which you will be redirected back to Facebook. Click the check box next to "Status Updates" to ensure that your Facebook status updates are also displayed on Twitter automatically as a tweet.
